Have you been doing so from before 1st April 2009?
If so, you’re probably being taken advantage of.
The changes made to the yell.com website on 1st April 2009 will have affected the service you’re getting. Yell Ltd probably didn’t tell you about them.
I found out when they tried to upsell me a new service which would give me back some of the features I was getting before the change!
Fundamentally I believe that when Yell introduced this significant change to the way their search service displays results, they should have consulted their existing advertisers. The purpose of this site is to raise awareness of this change and gain support for the advertisers who have been affected.
