Get Involved

If you think that what Yell Ltd is doing is wrong and want to help raise awareness of this, then get involved!

  1. Write to John Condron, Yell’s CEO expressing your unhappiness at this situation and requesting a refund of all monies paid since 1st April 2009. You can download a template letter here.
  2. Stop advertising with Yell Ltd. Cancel your direct debit and inform them that you are unhappy with the change in service level.
  3. Don’t want to go that far, but want to show your support, leave a comment below with your name to show your support for this movement.
  4. Don’t forget, tell anyone who advertises on Yell.com about this site and how their service might be getting affected.
